13 yrs old company, international US outbound process

Shift timings: 7pm-5am, no cab

Salary: if relevant upto 25K (not mentioned in the below trail mail)

Shift allowance: 2000

Expectation:We are looking at candidates who are willing to work in night shifts with EXCELLENT SPOKEN ENGLISH SKILL.

Cab facility is not available since we don’t have any rotational shifts. Also we compensate with a Night shift Allowance which is inclusive of the salary.ü

Salary Slabs are negotiable based on the candidate, starts with Rs.14500/- till Rs.18000/- as take home (including all allowances).ü

We are keen looking primarily at freshers’ till 2 Yrs exp (age between 20 – 26yrs) who would like to take BPO as a career.ü

2 Marketing Requirement

Inside Sales / Business Development Executive:

Industry                      : Education based Industry(Online Course)

Job Description:

1.       Make calls regarding inbound sales.

2.       Understand how to identify new sales opportunities.

3.       Work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.

4.       Learn on the job regarding how to conduct demos and sales in general.

5.       This job has high scope for growth within 8 to 15 months

Responsibilities

1.       Identify new sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up.

2.       Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities.

3.       Achieve quarterly milestones and close sales.

4.       Regularly study accounts and identify important players.

5.       Collaborate with teammates and to work towards closing deals.

6.       Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects.

7.       Conduct offline demos to prospects and seal deals.

Requirements

1.       Any Degree (Preferably - Engineering Grads).

2.       Strong sense of communication and phone skills.

3.       Basic knowledge with web presentation tools.

Monthly take home: 18,000 + Incentives

Location: Chrompet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Designation: E and M coding

 Location: Vadapalani, Chennai

Experience: 1 yrs to 4 yrs

Shift Timing: 8am to 5pm

Salary: Hike from Current Salary

No of Working Days: 5 Days a Week
